About The Position

Challenger LIfts, Inc., a division of Snap-on is seeking a candidate to assemble automotive lifts and lift components as assigned by the Production Supervisor. STARTING OUT AT $17.86 INCENTIVE BONUS $1,000 90 DAYS AFTER EMPLOYMENT BENEFITS START DAY OF HIRE Challenger Lifts offers GREAT PAY and Benefits:

Requirements

• Understanding and ability to use assembly tools
• Capable of reading a tape measure
• Understanding of blueprint reading
• Excellent communication skills. Must be able to communicate at all levels of organization
• Strong understanding of process interaction
• Strong problem solving skills
• Understanding of general manufacturing
• Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours a day
• Must be able to periodically lift up to 45 pounds
• Must align with the Snap-on Mission Statement

Responsibilities

• Assemble automotive lifts and components/accessories
• Place components on paint line
• Assist in implementation of 6S initiatives and activities with emphasis on safety
• Suggest and assist in process improvements which assures quality, efficiency, and safety is built into the process
• Assist in fabrication processes as needed
