Our Equipment Division exists to provide our operational partner with reliable equipment, at the lowest cost by means of robust systems and professional execution. Requirements What is a HEAVY DIESEL Mechanic? This person inspects, diagnoses, and repairs our fleet of heavy duty diesel trucks!
Requirements
- You have a clean driver’s license.
- Ability to deal effectively/tactfully with all individuals while working.
- You are someone that wants an opportunity to learn and grow in the heavy highway construction industry.
- You value showing up to work every day and being on time.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair power train, hydraulic and electrical systems.
- Use technical manuals and diagrams as required in the course of work.
- Arc Weld as needed.
- Use oxy/acetylene torches to cut fabricate.
- Complete work orders and paperwork associated with maintenance work.
- Focus on all preventive maintenance work.
- Create and maintain clean shop and working environment.
- Any other responsibilities as assigned.
