About The Position
Tec Centro , a workforce development training center located in Midtown Harrisburg, is seeking a full-time HVACR Instructor to lead hands-on training in residential and commercial HVACR systems at their newly built facility. The facility delivers hands-on training in high-demand skilled trades, including Facilities Maintenance, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electromechanical systems. Their mission is to prepare adult learners for sustainable, career-track employment. This role is ideal for an experienced HVAC professional who is passionate about teaching, mentoring, and shaping the next generation of skilled trades professionals . Requirements
- 4+ years of HVAC experience (service, install, or maintenance)
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and safety practices
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and work with people
- No teaching experience required — we’ll support you

Responsibilities
- Teach hands-on HVAC training (installation, service, troubleshooting)
- Work with adult students in a lab + classroom setting
- Demonstrate real-world HVAC systems (residential & light commercial)
