Key Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and ductless units. Perform system tune-ups, inspections, and preventative maintenance. Identify opportunities for system upgrades, replacements, or efficiency improvements. Accurately document service activities, parts used, and recommendations using company software. Communicate effectively with customers, explaining technical issues and solutions in a clear, friendly manner. Adhere to safety procedures, company policies, and local HVAC codes and regulations. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours service (as scheduled). Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in excellent working order. Qualifications Minimum 3–5 years of HVAC service experience. EPA Section 608 Certification required. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform work in confined spaces or on ladders.
