In this role, you’ll be responsible for setting up and performing heat treating and brazing processes that ensure our precision components meet the highest quality standards. Requirements

• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment with an understanding of heat treat processes, material behavior, and quality standards

Responsibilities

• Set up and perform heat treating and brazing operations, including fixturing and furnace processing
• Follow blueprints, job paperwork, and work instructions to ensure accurate and consistent results
• Prepare parts by applying fixtures, braze paste, or shims prior to processing
• Verify proper setup before processing to ensure quality outcomes
• Remove and inspect finished parts to confirm they meet specifications and quality standards
• Perform basic testing (tensile and brazability) and record results
• Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers) to verify part accuracy
• Enter job and labor information into computer systems
• Maintain required training and operator certifications
