Responsibilities

• Manage the saw area and clean saw exteriors
• Clean swarf from saw chambers
• Drain, clean and recharge coolant tanks as needed
• Make sure saws are working and enter ticket if saws are not working
• Provide input to maintenance for saw repair
• Work with tool crib to keep enough blades in stock
• Remove scrap pieces from area
• Change sanding belt when needed on saw area belt sander
• Clean belt sander dust collector once per week
• Assist with cutting parts for heat treat and red cell operators
