The Hudson Explorers Aquatic Team, a year-round USA Swim club recognized as a 6-year Bronze Medal Club, is seeking a highly motivated and driven coach to lead its growing age group program. The team, known as HEAT, has 250-300+ members and is one of the top clubs in the Lake Erie LSC, with swimmers ranging from beginners to Olympic Trials qualifiers. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of coaching experience with age group swimmers and the ability to work collaboratively with the Head Coach, as well as manage part-time assistant coaches. HEAT operates under the Hudson Community Education & Recreation (HCER) and the Hudson City School District, with compensation based on experience and qualifications.
