Requirements

  • Rising senior at an accredited university, preferably working towards a degree in business, finance, economics, or other quantitatively focused field of study.
  • Self-starter who can understand objectives, work independently, and is highly motivated.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team oriented, with an ability to effectively build relationships.
  • High level of focus on work quality and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work an 11 week internship from 6/1/26-8/14/26

Nice To Haves

  • The candidate should have strong analytical capabilities coupled with aspirations to develop business development acumen longer term.
  • Individuals must be self-sufficient and should have some familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in updating and maintaining our internal SharePoint site.
  • Support the organization of Cyber Security Awareness Month activities.
  • Aid in editing articles or communications related to upcoming events.
  • Develop creative ideas to boost engagement in our events, increase readership of articles, and drive traffic to our SharePoint site.
  • Pitch and produce employee stories (profiles, Q&As, features) from idea to publication
  • Conduct interviews, capture accurate notes/quotes, and write in a clear internal voice
  • Edit and package content for internal channels and social media (headlines, captions, summaries)
  • Support speed networking and “Welcome & Connect” sessions: invites, run-of-show, prompts, facilitation support, and follow-up
  • Create engaging Responsible Use of AI content that turns principles into practical behaviors and scenarios for employees and managers
  • Coordinate with stakeholders for approvals, accuracy, and alignment with internal guidance
  • Track basic engagement (views/clicks, attendance, qualitative feedback) and recommend improvements
  • Maintain a simple editorial/event calendar and manage version control across drafts
  • Create multimedia content (video/podcasts) for the global website, social media and internal campaigns
  • Prep/capture/editing of new and ongoing projects under the supervision of a Sr. Editor.
