About The Position

The Hearing Care Provider at HearUSA is responsible for delivering exceptional hearing care services, including comprehensive evaluations, hearing aid fittings, and ongoing client support. This role emphasizes a client-centric approach, aiming to enhance the auditory experience of clients while adhering to industry standards and regulations. The position also involves community outreach and collaboration with team leaders to drive service demand and improve the center's revenue.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar Audiology or Hearing Aid Specialist role.
  • Active state license in Audiology and/or hearing aid dispensing.
  • 1-5 years of experience preferred.
  • Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Basic or advanced written communication skills.
  • Experience interacting with customers/clients.
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to work quickly, accurately, and independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive hearing evaluations and select appropriate hearing aids for clients.
  • Demonstrate hearing aids during annual evaluations to enhance client experience.
  • Evaluate test results and client needs to provide personalized recommendations.
  • Conduct routine follow-ups, cleanings, checks, and repairs of hearing aids.
  • Maintain skills in ear impression taking and recommend ALD accessories.
  • Collaborate with the District Manager and HCP Team Leads to implement new initiatives.
  • Engage in community outreach and marketing efforts to generate service demand.
  • Comply with state license laws, FDA guidelines, and HearUSA Quality Practice Guidelines.
  • Participate in Continued Professional Development to stay updated on service delivery.
