About The Position
WS Audiology is a global leader in the hearing aid industry, and we invite you to join our mission to unlock human potential by restoring hearing for millions of people worldwide. As part of the HearUSA team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hearing care through our client-centric service model, Simply Excellent Hearing Care. In this position, you will perform comprehensive hearing evaluations, select and fit hearing aids for clients, and ensure they receive the highest standard of care. You will be responsible for demonstrating hearing aids during annual evaluations, evaluating test results, and making personalized recommendations based on client needs. Your role will also involve routine follow-ups, cleaning, checks, and repairs of hearing aids, as well as maintaining skills in ear impression taking and earmold modification. You will work closely with the District Manager and HCP Team Leads to adopt new initiatives aimed at growing your center's revenue and positively impacting the lives of our clients. Building a local community to generate service demand and support marketing campaigns will be essential, and you will be expected to complete at least one community outreach or physician marketing event per quarter. Compliance with state license laws, FDA guidelines, and HearUSA Quality Practice Guidelines is mandatory, and you will operate in a HIPAA-compliant manner, ensuring all documentation and referrals are completed for every client. Continued professional development is a key aspect of this role, and you will engage in ongoing training to maintain your expertise in service delivery, from consultative counseling to the fitting and troubleshooting of current hearing aid technology.
