About The Position

As a Hearing Instrument Specialist/Trainee, you will promote and sell hearing instruments by educating patients on their individual hearing loss and the technology available to help them hear better. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 0-2 years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices or healthcare (not required but a plus).
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
• Ability to travel within the area.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Passion for helping people and making a positive impact on their lives.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by promoting and selling hearing care products and services.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with patients.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide outstanding customer service and follow-up support to ensure patient satisfaction.
• Travel across the area, visiting clinics and meeting with patients.
