About The Position

This well-established, high-volume hearing healthcare organization is seeking a full-time Hearing Instrument Specialist to join its Port Charlotte, FL location. This opportunity is presented by a third-party recruiting partner on behalf of a nationally recognized, franchised private practice with deep roots in the hearing industry. This is a retail-driven, performance-based role ideal for a motivated provider who thrives in a sales-focused environment and enjoys working with adult patients. Practice Overview Audiologist-founded organization with decades of industry leadership Backed by a nationally respected hearing aid manufacturer Recipient of a 2025 USA Today “Most Trusted Brand” award Strong marketing presence, including TV advertising and major professional sports partnerships Busy, established office with on-site patient care coordinators and support staff Primarily private-pay patient base, with some third-party networks recently added Role Responsibilities Provide routine adult hearing evaluations and diagnostics Recommend and dispense hearing aids and related technology Deliver a high-touch, retail-oriented patient experience Meet performance targets and participate in regular reviews Serve as the primary licensed provider in the office once established Compensation Structure 100% commission-based role (no base salary) 20% commission on all personal sales transactions Typical office volume: $70K–$100K+ in monthly sales At $70K/month, estimated annual W-2 earnings ≈ $168K High performers may exceed this range based on closing volume Apprentice Option Will consider apprentices Hourly base rate plus commission on sales Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k) Paid vacation Ideal Background Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist strongly preferred Sales-driven mindset with confidence presenting premium hearing technology Comfortable in a fast-paced, retail-focused environment Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and results-oriented If this sounds like the right next step for you, we’d love to connect!
