About The Position

The Hearing Aid Specialist at Miracle-Ear, part of Amplifon, is responsible for managing the customer journey in hearing care. This role involves administering comprehensive hearing evaluations, providing personalized consultations, and ensuring quality after-care services. The specialist will promote hearing health awareness, maintain customer records, and contribute to sales goals while working in a supportive and innovative team environment.

Requirements

• Actively licensed as a Hearing Instrument Specialist or Dispensing Audiologist.
• 1+ year of training or related experience as a Hearing Instrument Specialist.
• Current knowledge of hearing aid devices and technology.
• Experience in a customer-facing role, dedicated to providing high-quality customer service.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows, CRM, and POS Systems.

• Lead sales of hearing aids and accessories, contributing to individual and office revenue goals.
• Support marketing initiatives and manage special events to drive local engagement.
• Partner with the Front Office Associate to ensure a seamless customer experience and effective schedule management.
