About The Position
The HEAP Support Specialist is a combination of the Receptionist and Intake Specialist positions. This is an administrative support position for the Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP). The position contributes to the accomplishment of The Opportunity Alliance mission through provision of administrative and technical functions of program process and project workflow from client intake through delivery of program services.
