Responsible for the day-to-day management and supervision of all Healthy Babies (HB) Program services. This position works to meet the mission of the Sedgwick Co Health Dept by promoting the wellness of Sedg. Co. residents through the development and monitoring of policy and procedures ensuring the provision of high quality services including; outreach, needs and home assessments, health and safety education, advocacy, and linkage to medical and/or non-medical services for the purpose of improving birth outcomes. The HB PM plans, directs, and evaluates all aspects of the HB Program, including personnel and office management, purchasing, accounting, budget preparation, compliance with funding contracts, cultivating external partnerships, and grant writing. This position is responsible for reviewing office and field procedures, development and implementation of procedural improvements.
