The Navigator also supports operational planning, performance monitoring, and program expansion in line with organizational priorities. Hartford HealthCare encompasses 8 acute care hospitals, a comprehensive Behavioral Health Network, Home Care services, Senior Services, and an extensive Medical Group network, serving over 23,000 lives daily across 185 towns in Connecticut.
