Solution Design and Architecture: Collaborate with AI solution architects to design the technical solution, ensuring it aligns with business requirements and is feasible to implement. Agile Facilitation: Organize and lead Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint demos, and retrospectives. Quality Assurance: Oversee testing and quality control processes to ensure the delivered solution meets acceptance criteria. Feedback Facilitation: Lead user feedback sessions for each use case iteration to ensure continuous improvement and client satisfaction. Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as the liaison between business and technical teams, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements. Engagement Management: Support engagement leaders and project managers in managing project schedules, identifying and managing issues and risks, allocating resources effectively, and providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
