About The Position

Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with clients and AI solution architects to capture and refine AI use case requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Solution Design and Architecture: Collaborate with AI solution architects to design the technical solution, ensuring it aligns with business requirements and is feasible to implement. Agile Facilitation: Organize and lead Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint demos, and retrospectives. Quality Assurance: Oversee testing and quality control processes to ensure the delivered solution meets acceptance criteria. Feedback Facilitation: Lead user feedback sessions for each use case iteration to ensure continuous improvement and client satisfaction. Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as the liaison between business and technical teams, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements. Engagement Management: Support engagement leaders and project managers in managing project schedules, identifying and managing issues and risks, allocating resources effectively, and providing regular status updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Healthcare Domain.
• 8+ years of experience in iterative solution development in roles such as Program Lead, Solution Architect, Product Owner, Business Analyst, preferably in a consulting or technology-driven environment.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience leading Agile teams.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Demonstrated experience and understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, with the ability to communicate their business applications.
• Ability to travel at least 25%
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Certification in Agile (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist) or Project Management
• Experience working in a consulting environment or delivering enterprise AI solutions.
