As an Associate, on our Healthcare Digital Transformation Services (HDTx) team, you will work with a team of technical and project management consultant to support integrated initiatives that optimize our client EHR systems, driving sustainable, enterprise-wide transformation. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to deliver innovative, data-driven solutions that address complex digital challenges.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years’ MEDITECH systems experience in hospitals and health systems
- Must be a MEDITECH Clinical Subject Matter Expert
- Experience with build and design in the following clinical areas - PCS/Nursing, OM, ED, Clinical Ambulatory, and SUR
- Willingness and ability to travel when necessary, however, at times you are required to provide high-level services remotely
- Current permanent U.S. Work authorization required
Nice To Haves
- Undergraduate Degree (e.g. BA, BS)
- RN license preferred
- MEDITECH certifications preferred
Responsibilities
- Partner with a team of healthcare, technical and project management consultants to ensure the seamless integration, data migration and system performance of MEDITECH system
- Leverage technical expertise to optimize the systems’ functionality in workflow and technology to improve hospital operations and financial outcomes
- Provide guidance and recommendations on system applications offering suggestions and participating in discussions on operational and technology improvements
- Identify opportunities for system optimization and enhancement to improve efficiency and user satisfaction
