Job Description Senior support professional providing advanced operational and client support for complex healthcare business banking relationships. Partners closely with Healthcare Relationship Managers, Business Development Officers, and Relationship Analysts to support lending activity, account management, and client experience initiatives. Operates with a high level of independence and subject‑matter expertise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically seven or more years of job-related experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide senior‑level support for complex healthcare business banking clients, delivering timely, accurate, and professional service
  • Lead business account openings, funding, and ongoing account maintenance for high‑value relationships
  • Coordinate complex commercial healthcare loan activity, including documentation, condition clearing, and exception resolution
  • Partner with internal teams (Bankers, Credit, Legal, Construction, Lending Services, Post‑Underwriting) to resolve issues and move work forward
  • Work directly with external partners (attorneys, title companies, insurance providers) to ensure proper lien position and risk controls
  • Support client retention and relationship deepening through proactive follow‑up and problem resolution
  • Support sales teams in executing a One Bank strategy and growing healthcare market share
  • Utilize systems such as nCino, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office to manage work efficiently
  • May provide guidance or informal support to less experienced team members
