Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare consulting or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their strategic goals and challenges.
• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics.
• Develop and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Design and implement strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency, patient care, and financial performance.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented strategies, making adjustments as necessary.
• Provide thought leadership and stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
