Currently, we are seeking a full-time Staffing Coordinator to join our team! This role ensures daily staffing levels meet state and federal regulations, organizational policies, and budget requirements while maintaining accurate, up-to-date schedules in an electronic system. Responsibilities include generating and updating staffing schedules, securing coverage for open shifts, tracking attendance and overtime, processing PTO requests, reconciling payroll reports, and communicating staffing concerns to leadership. The ideal candidate has strong organizational and interpersonal skills, proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. Prior experience in healthcare staff scheduling is required.
