From greeting and seating residents and guests to ensuring food safety and cleanliness, you’ll be a key player in delivering service that exceeds expectations. You'll also help keep the dining room sparkling and assist in training new team members.

We are currently looking for full-time dining servers in our Healthcare Plaza.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be able to read and write
• Follow instructions with a positive attitude
• Experience a plus, but not required
• Willingness to work with the elderly in a senior living environment
• Effectively communicate with Residents, guests, employees, and supervisors
• Must be able to work weekends, Holidays and for pre-planned special events
• Prolonged periods of standing and walking
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time

Responsibilities

• Greeting and seating Residents and Guests.
• Responsible for taking meal/beverage orders and serving requested items according to established policies.
• Maintain all side stations and dining areas using the “clean as you go” policy.
• Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Assist with orientation and training of new food servers.
• Practice all safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Maintain or exceed standards of appearance, cleanliness, personal sanitation, and hygiene.
• Attend all in-services as required.
• Supports the Mission and Values of the community and Catholic social teachings.
• Perform all other reasonable tasks assigned by your supervisor.
