About The Position
The Healthcare Security Specialist is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of Bronson Healthcare Group properties, grounds, patients, visitors, and staff. This role requires upholding Bronson's policies and procedures through the Standards for Excellence while displaying professionalism and providing exceptional customer service. The position involves greeting patients and visitors, assisting them to their destinations, and maintaining a level of professional conduct that promotes good hospital and community relations. The specialist must also complete reports and documentation, maintain annual department continuing education trainings, and receive certification in CPI and Violent Patient Management. The role requires the ability to operate various technology and security systems, respond to emergency situations, and enforce security protocols.
