About The Position

We're looking for a driven Healthcare Sales Representative to be a key player on our rapidly expanding sales team. Your mission will be to connect with the next generation of healthcare leaders—the entrepreneurs and small businesses building the future of clinical care. You will own the entire sales process, from identifying emerging practices to closing strategic deals for physician collaboration, PC Ownership, and Medical Directorships. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare sales, healthcare administration, provider relations, or medical services.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, specifically advanced practice providers (NPs, PAs).
  • Proven track record of consultative sales success.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, specifically Hubspot, and data to track progress and drive results.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with nurse practitioners, physicians, or healthcare staffing.
  • Familiarity with compliance for NP collaborative practice agreements and CPOM regulations.
  • Clinical background (nursing, allied health, or healthcare administration) is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Hunt for new business by identifying and qualifying high-value healthcare entrepreneurs and SMBs who need our solutions to launch and grow their practices.
  • Build a robust pipeline of qualified leads through strategic outreach, networking, and swift follow-up on inbound inquiries.
  • Become an expert advisor, educating prospective partners on complex healthcare regulations and guiding them through the benefits of our physician collaboration models.
  • Own the full sales cycle from the initial conversation to the signed agreement, quarterbacking the resources needed to get deals done.
  • Master our value proposition and articulate how our vetted, 50-state physician network solves critical compliance and operational challenges for new clinics.
  • Develop and pitch tailored solutions that directly address the unique needs of each prospect, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business goals.
  • Collaborate like a pro with our internal implementation, operations, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for every new partner.
  • Crush your numbers by consistently meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay curious about the industry, following trends, state regulations, and market dynamics affecting collaborations, CPOM States and Medical Directors.
