About The Position

The Healthcare Recruiter at CodeForce 360 is responsible for supporting the organization in finding qualified candidates for various healthcare positions. This role involves sourcing candidates, screening resumes, managing interviews, and assisting in the hiring process to ensure the smooth functioning of medical facilities. The recruiter will also contribute to developing recruitment policies and marketing job vacancies effectively.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare recruitment.
• At least 6 months of US healthcare staffing experience.
• Knowledge of clinical and non-clinical domains within healthcare.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and targets.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with RN, LPN, and Medical Assistant recruitment.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in finding qualified candidates for vacant job positions.
• Review and screen resumes to shortlist appropriate candidates based on credentials.
• Conduct interviews via telephone or in-person to assess candidate qualities.
• Assist in arranging face-to-face interviews with higher management.
• Negotiate salary and benefits in consultation with management.
• Research job fairs and seminars, and engage in cold calling and referral recruiting.
• Monitor the need for new employees and suggest effective employee benefit schemes.
• Analyze and review the effectiveness of selected candidates and take corrective actions if necessary.
• Contribute to human resource management for the smooth functioning of medical facilities.
• Suggest new approaches to improve recruitment policies and practices.
