About The Position

The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for proactively sourcing, engaging, and hiring top healthcare talent for our two companies: Cascades Healthcare and Independence Rehab. In this role, you will be assigned to support the staffing needs of several of our nursing homes, located in Washington State, Idaho, Utah, Arizona, Oregon, Wyoming, and/or Nebraska. You will work on both lower level and management positions. This position expertise in effectively processing inbound applicants as well as outbound sourcing, relationship-building, and long-term pipeline development. This is an on-site position, located at our corporate headquarters in Provo, UT. This is NOT a remote position.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, or proactive sourcing. Healthcare experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority searches with tight timelines.
  • Proficiency with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, major online sourcing platforms, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment with measurable goals and KPIs.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with facility leaders to understand staffing needs, timelines, and operational priorities.
  • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed.com, online professional networks, educational institutions, community partnerships, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles including Registered Nurses, CNA's, nursing home department heads, therapy professionals (Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists), and other high-priority positions.
  • Engage and influence passive candidates by clearly communicating the value of careers at Cascades and Independence Rehab.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring techniques, use of the applicant tracking system, etc.. Train/coach facility partners as needed
  • Track and report on weekly sourcing activity, including outreach volume, pipeline depth, and candidate-funnel conversion metrics.
  • Ensure candidates receive timely communication, updates, and follow-through throughout the hiring process.
