About The Position

The Recruiter plays a vital role in helping children receive the care they deserve by hiring skilled nursing professionals to support Angels of Care’s clients. This is a fast‑paced role perfect for driven individuals who enjoy building relationships, thinking creatively, and moving quickly to make things happen. You will manage full‑cycle recruiting - from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding - while using multiple tools and platforms to maintain a strong pipeline of candidates. Recruiters in this role enjoy ongoing learning, opportunities for growth, and the chance to live our HALOS values (Heart, Advocacy, Love, Outreach, Speed) as they support families across the communities we serve. In this role, you will: Model Angels of Care processes, procedures, and HALOS values in daily work and candidate interactions. Drive candidate flow by managing our applicant tracking system and job boards, including Indeed and LinkedIn, while actively headhunting nurses through creative outreach methods. Utilize social media strategies and innovative sourcing approaches to engage talent and expand our reach. Schedule interviews and orientations for prospective employees supporting new and existing clients. Partner with a recruiting administrator (RA) to ensure a smooth, timely, and full‑cycle hiring process from first contact to first shift worked. Contribute to a collaborative, high‑momentum recruiting environment focused on helping kiddos receive essential care.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Customer service, administrative, sales, or related experience preferred
  • Experience with Indeed, LinkedIn, or ATS systems is a plus
  • Experience in fast‑paced, people‑facing environments preferred
  • Career-driven and passionate about making a difference in the lives of others
  • Outstanding phone etiquette - comfortable speaking with a high volume of candidates daily
