Requirements
- Experience in healthcare staffing or related high-volume recruiting
- Strong communicator with excellent follow-through
- Comfortable with new technology and evolving workflows
- Relationship-driven, fast-moving, and organized
Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with clinicians and understand their goals.
- Use Adept's matching engine to find high-fit roles quickly.
- Guide candidates through interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Partner with Account Managers and Compliance to ensure fast, flawless starts.
- Support redeployment and long-term clinician success.
