We seek to fill a Remote Healthcare Recruiter. The candidate will performs full-cycle recruitment which includes identifying, sourcing, and interviewing qualified applicants for various positions with a focus on nursing. Researches, develops and implements effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent that will support the organization’s mission and brand. The position includes a generous salary of up to $80K and benefits. (This is a remote position).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or five or more years of relevant experience in medical administration.
- 7-10 years of healthcare recruiting experience
- Familiarity with principles and practices of Healthcare recruiting
- Maintain professional knowledge and skills through approved healthcare professional development opportunities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for sourcing healthcare professionals and taking them through the qualification process.
- Handles initial screening and application process of healthcare professionals in accordance with company policy.
- Manages all submissions of candidates into clients database.
- Make prospecting contacts and follow up on leads.
