The Healthcare Recruiter builds strong relationships with providers and clients, ensuring successful matches through effective communication and negotiation. This role requires exceptional customer service, professionalism, and alignment with All Star Healthcare Solutions' core values of loyalty, trust, and long-term success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in sales and high-volume cold calling is preferred
• Backgrounds in Sales, Business, Marketing, Communications, or Hospitality are preferred

Responsibilities

• Generate a high-quality pipeline of candidates by making a high volume of calls daily (100+ calls per day)
• Connect with new and existing providers to present opportunities aligned with their skills and credentials
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and providers to ensure repeat business and loyalty
• Clearly communicate assignment details, expectations, and compensation to ensure a smooth and transparent placement process
