About The Position
We’re partnering with a fast-paced, growing organization to hire an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to support expanding talent acquisition efforts across critical healthcare and operations roles. Position Overview: This role leads high-volume recruiting for positions including healthcare professionals, drivers, shift supervisors, operations managers, and directors. Success in this role requires grit, strong follow-up, and a passion for talent acquisition in a fast-moving environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of direct recruiting experience
- Exceptional organization, follow-up, and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Strong preference for healthcare and/or operations recruiting backgrounds
- Proven success managing high candidate volume
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles and locations
- Conduct daily candidate outreach, screening, and interviews
- Coordinate interviews with internal leadership
- Manage candidates through offer stage and onboarding
- Track performance using daily KPIs
- Collaborate with temp and offshore recruiting support
