Requirements

  • Previous hospital or nursing recruitment experience preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Experience with Taleo and high volume recruiting preferred

Responsibilities

  • Full Cycle A-Z recruitment
  • Develops recruitment strategies to identify, evaluate, hire and retain top healthcare professionals.
  • Researches market trends and adapts sourcing methods as needed.
  • Proposes and implements a variety of activities to increase the impact of the recruiting efforts.
  • Has a creative and diverse approach to recruiting challenges.
  • Evaluates qualifications of applicants, and refers top applicants to hiring managers.
  • Partners with hiring leaders to understand current needs and develop effective recruitment and retention initiatives.
  • Builds and maintains solid relations with new hires, providing support through the recruitment process and the transition throughout the probationary period and beyond.
  • Offers guidance and facilitates the offer negotiation process through to its completion.
