SRI is seeking an experienced and proactive Temporary Healthcare Recruiter to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process identifying top healthcare professionals to join SRI. This position requires use of personal equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a high-volume healthcare recruiter.
• Strong understanding of healthcare roles and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Contact applicants within SRI's Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) systems and databases seeking positions with SRI.
• Use SRI’s proprietary applicant database to download and/or input applicant's information, and to track and update their application status.
• Review applicant's resume, application, and certifications to determine minimum qualifications.
• Create and maintain applicant files throughout the applicant intake process.
• Establish rapport with applicants and provide assistance in submitting the required documents needed to be considered for employment.
• Use national and niche resume database search engines to recruit qualified applicants.
• Generate daily and weekly reports from ATS for Recruitment Manager, Project Manager, and Regional Coordinators that identify 'real-time' applicant status.
• Work with other SRI departments and/or offices to successfully complete the applicant intake process.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
