This is a phone sales recruiting role, not an HR or corporate recruiting role, and is 100% in-office in Charlotte, North Carolina Non-negotiable Start Date: Friday, April 24, 2026 Summary: As a Healthcare Recruiter - Nursing, you will be responsible for the placement and ongoing oversight of clinicians throughout the nation. You will collaborate closely with the Account Management team to identify, present, and hire top clinicians based on the unique needs of healthcare facilities, while also generating your own leads to build a strong candidate pipeline. You will cultivate strong relationships with candidates to effectively meet staffing needs, ensuring the successful placement and ongoing management of qualified candidates throughout their employment with FlexCare. This is an in-office position and requires at minimum of 1 year of sales experience or a degree.
