About The Position

We are committed to building strong, high-performing clinical teams that allow us to provide exceptional care across all of the communities we serve. We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our Home Health operations team in Burlingame, CA. This is a full-time, in-office role responsible for hiring and onboarding the clinical professionals who care for our patients every day. The Healthcare Recruiter – Home Health will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for clinical and support roles, including Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN), Physical Therapists (PT), Occupational Therapists (OT), Home Health Aides (HHA), Medical Social Workers (MSW), administrative staff, and more. This role requires 4+ years of healthcare recruiting and onboarding experience and strong knowledge of Home Health hiring, compliance, and credentialing requirements.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of healthcare recruiting and onboarding experience — required
  • Home Health recruiting experience strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of clinician licensing, credentialing, and compliance requirements
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work in-office in Burlingame, CA
  • Proficiency with ATS and HR systems

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for all Home Health positions
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruiting platforms
  • Screen, interview, and qualify candidates based on licensing, experience, and role fit
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clinical leadership
  • Prepare and send offers and manage onboarding paperwork
  • Ensure completion of licensing, background checks, TB, physicals, and compliance documents
  • Track candidate pipelines and onboarding progress
  • Maintain accurate recruiting and onboarding records
  • Partner with leadership to forecast staffing needs and hiring goals
  • Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience
