About The Position

The position involves providing comprehensive recruitment services, managing the entire recruitment process from initial inquiries to job offers or rejections. The role requires coordination of job offers and related details, as well as active participation in vacancy determination and job postings. The individual will work closely with directors, managers, and executives to build rapport and cooperation regarding current and future recruitment issues. Additionally, the position includes assisting with the internal transfer process and offering career advice and assessment to current associates and applicants as needed. The role may also involve assisting the department with various projects and research as appropriate.
