About The Position
The Healthcare Quality Evaluator at Elevance Health is responsible for monitoring and evaluating both clinical and non-clinical interactions between program staff and participants. This role focuses on assessing adherence to protocols and the effectiveness of transitional care services in key areas such as safety, clinical effectiveness, productivity, and customer service. The evaluator provides feedback for performance improvement, develops reporting trends, and serves as a subject matter expert in clinical policies and procedures.
