About The Position

Citadel CPM is in search of a highly experienced Healthcare Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage Seismic Retrofit Acute Care Healthcare Projects in San Bernardino and South Bay.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing Seismic Retrofit projects
• Experience in managing/designing/constructing healthcare facilities
• Experience in project management and concurrent field construction
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to independently manage all aspects of a project

Nice To Haves

• Completing IRCA and ILSM forms
• Experience in acute care healthcare facilities design and construction
• Design-Bid-Building project delivery
• Knowledge of Public Contracting Code and practices

Responsibilities

• Manage Seismic Retrofit Acute Care Healthcare Projects
• Independently manage all aspects of a project
• Set and manage project expectations
• Develop and maintain budgets and schedules
• Review and coordinate the preparation of construction documents
• Facilitate project team and client meetings
• Negotiate and prepare change orders
• Monitor and coordinate construction activities with various project stakeholders
• Respond effectively to project issues and challenges
