About The Position

Cascadia Healthcare is hiring multiple healthcare professionals including Physical Therapists (PT), Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA), Occupational Therapists (OT), Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA), and Speech Therapists (ST) for various locations across Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. The positions are available in Skilled Nursing Facilities and can be full-time, part-time, or per diem. Requirements

• Active and valid licensure or certification for the relevant position (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, ST).
• Proven experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and team members.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop personalized care plans to help achieve therapeutic goals.
• Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to patients based on their treatment plans.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure optimal care delivery.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Educate patients and families about therapy processes and ways to support recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
