About The Position

As a Product Owner – Senior Associate, you will make an impact by providing product vision, Agile leadership, and customer advocacy to software development teams. You will be a valued member of our product and engineering organization, partnering with Product Management, stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure high‑quality, value‑driven outcomes throughout the product lifecycle. In this role, you will:

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification.
  • 5+ years of professional software product development experience.
  • 2+ years of experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Hands‑on experience documenting and elaborating software requirements, including user stories and detailed specifications.
  • Experience across multiple full project lifecycles, from concept through delivery.
  • Proven ability to manage large‑scale SaaS or cloud‑based Agile projects.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clear product vision and direction to Agile development teams through backlog ownership, iteration planning, and user story elaboration.
  • Represent the voice of the customer, translating business needs into well‑defined requirements and priorities.
  • Guide teams and stakeholders in the adoption and execution of Agile and Scrum best practices, fostering strong team dynamics.
  • Partner with Product Management to maintain and prioritize a backlog aligned to business value and evolving requirements.
  • Actively identify and help remove impediments and risks that may impact sprint goals, product quality, or release timelines.
  • Ensure high‑quality feature design, either through direct involvement or coordination with designers across teams or product portfolios.
  • Mentor team members on Agile frameworks, delivery expectations, and continuous improvement practices.
