About The Position

We are seeking Mid-Level and Senior Healthcare Procurement/Supply Chain Contract Lawyers to work with a ma jor New York City public hospital system. This role will require on-site work in the office Monday - Thursday, with remote work on Friday. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are key. While primarily reporting to the Sourcing Department, you will closely collaborate with a key legal professional on the team.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of legal practice experience, including extensive healthcare procurement and supply chain contracting experience, preferably within an integrated health system.
• Significant knowledge of contract procurement law.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively, proactively sharing updates and collaborating with team members.
• Professional presence and polished communication style.
• License, in good standing, to practice law in New York.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in AI/SaaS contracting is highly desirable, though not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide robust support in healthcare procurement and supply chain contracting.
• Serve as a Contract Procurement Law expert, offering legal advice and solutions for complex contracting and compliance issues.
• Leverage expertise in AI/SaaS to support IT and procurement strategies.
