Requirements

High School Diploma / G.E.D. required
Experience in mailroom operations, payment processing, or data entry
Experience handling live checks or financial documents
Experience in healthcare payment processing (Medicaid/Medicare preferred)
Comfort working with multiple systems simultaneously
Reliable attendance for full-time onsite work

Responsibilities

Open and process incoming mail, including live checks and legal documentation
Attach payment documentation to existing cases and create new cases as needed
Enter payment and case data into internal systems (Maestro, MMIS, Perceptive Content)
Scan, upload, and organize documentation using scanning equipment
Perform high-volume data entry with strong attention to detail
Support reconciliation activities as needed, including backup coverage
Ensure compliance with payment handling procedures and confidentiality standards
Collaborate with team members to meet daily intake and processing deadlines
