The individual will foster expertise within health plan/payer domains and matrixed delivery teams, supporting ongoing knowledge growth across the vertical. Participation in sales pursuits as an industry SME, reviewing solutions, and providing insights to enhance client responses are also key responsibilities. The role demands a proven ability to develop industry solutions in healthcare, with a deep knowledge of digital, AI, and emerging technologies, and experience across multiple industries to understand business trends and the impact of technology.
