About The Position

The position focuses on client engagement, particularly with C-suite discussions, and involves supporting sales efforts by contributing to go-to-market strategies. The individual will serve as a subject matter expert in client engagements, representing the Health Plan/Payer brand in the market through the creation of thought leadership pieces and participation in industry forums. The role also includes defining and integrating delivery methods across various domains such as Applications, BPO, Consulting, Digital, and Infrastructure to create comprehensive solutions. Collaboration with Enterprise Architects and delivery organizations is essential to ensure effective solution delivery. Additionally, the position requires managing health plan/payer-specific partner and analyst relationships, overseeing product life cycles, and ensuring alignment with market needs. The individual will foster expertise within health plan/payer domains and matrixed delivery teams, supporting ongoing knowledge growth across the vertical. Participation in sales pursuits as an industry SME, reviewing solutions, and providing insights to enhance client responses are also key responsibilities. The role demands a proven ability to develop industry solutions in healthcare, with a deep knowledge of digital, AI, and emerging technologies, and experience across multiple industries to understand business trends and the impact of technology.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in Information Technology, focusing on digital and enterprise transformation.
  • 8 years of experience in the Health Plan/Payer segment.
  • 5 years developing solutions and products within the healthcare domain.
  • Bachelor's degree or 10 years of industry experience.
