About The Position

As a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) at DaVita, you will be part of a team that values work-life balance and prioritizes personal and professional growth. Healthcare experience is not required. The position offers the opportunity to build relationships with patients, continuously improve their health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives, and experience a meaningful workday. You will lead, develop, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional clinical team to deliver the best for patients, teammates, and the community. Responsibilities include financial management, such as adhering to budgets, forecasting expenses, managing vendor relationships, ordering supplies, and monitoring compliance. The role offers autonomy to run the clinic with the support and guidance of a director, regional peers, and the broader company, fostering an entrepreneurial spirit. You will partner with the Regional Operations Director to address employee and patient concerns to achieve regional goals and standards. Requirements

  • Minimum of one year experience in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience (nurse, dietitian, social worker, LPN, etc.) at discretion of DVP and/or ROD.
  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment.
  • Current CPR certification required (or certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire or change in position).
  • Collaboration is a must to be successful in this role.
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's degree preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in related area strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build on relationships with patients, while also continuously improving their health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Develop, mentor and inspire a cross-functional clinical team (census dependent on state laws) to deliver the best for our patients, teammates and community.
  • Manage complete operation and performance of the clinic: adhere to budget, forecast expenses, manage vendor relationships, order supplies, and monitor compliance.
  • Run the clinic autonomously with the support and guidance of your director, regional peers and the greater company.
  • Reward others for demonstrating shared beliefs and behaviors.
  • Partner with Regional Operations Director to identify and address employee and patient concerns to drive towards Regional goals and standards.
  • Commit to improving patient health through clinical goal-setting and quality improvement initiatives.
