From assessing compliance measures and mitigating risks to optimizing project timelines and mentoring team members, every action you take is designed to enhance safety, efficiency, and revenue.
You are pivotal in scaling healthcare operations, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring seamless execution across regions. Requirements

• Create scope-inclusive estimates with Xactimate
• Strong project financial management skills
• Knowledge of healthcare claims and market coverage
• Expertise in commercial construction and environmental controls
• 5+ years in restoration, including healthcare procedures

Responsibilities

• Oversee healthcare operations and ensure compliance within assigned regions
• Implement processes and strategies to reduce risk and drive operational efficiency
• Collaborate with regional leaders and project teams to establish and achieve KPIs
• Lead training to improve healthcare awareness, scope management, and revenue growth
• Support project teams with healthcare-specific needs, including equipment, staffing, and life safety requirements
• Conduct site visits, oversee complex healthcare loss planning, and ensure business continuity
• Prepare scope letters, field reports, and cost assessments while reviewing estimating platforms for accuracy
