This role requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.Your role in our mission

Requirements

  • Proficiency with PC and Windows environments, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Strong advanced data entry and quality-entry capabilities, including composing clear professional correspondence.
  • Demonstrated phone skills for resolving questions from providers, clients, and vendors.
  • Ability to research, analyze, and resolve complex provider-related issues.
  • Ability to interpret administrative policies and apply strong planning and organizational skills.
  • 100% remote role requiring a reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 24 Mbps download / 8 Mbps upload) to support daily system and communication needs.
  • Fast-paced work environment requiring consistent accuracy, timeliness, and high-quality service delivery.
  • Frequent interaction with providers, internal teams, and external stakeholders through email, phone, and virtual meetings.
