About The Position

We’re seeking a detail‑oriented, patient‑focused Operations Specialist to support our PAP (CPAP) therapy services in Fort Atkinson. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients—greeting walk‑ins, answering phones, verifying insurance, scheduling, and completing light operational tasks. This role is ideal for someone with strong front‑end customer service skills who enjoys working independently in a small, supportive office. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Dress: Business casual

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years in customer service or operational support.
Previous office environment experience required.
Strong computer and data entry skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a slower‑paced environment while staying productive.

Nice To Haves

Experience with insurance verification and scheduling preferred.
Prior healthcare or DME experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist walk‑in patients with a focus on CPAP/PAP services.
Provide basic product training and education on PAP equipment.
Deliver excellent in‑person and phone‑based customer service.
Handle inbound calls and respond to patient inquiries.
Perform insurance verification and schedule appointments.
Act as a backup to reception/customer service as needed.
Enter sales orders and patient data accurately into the system.
Assemble PAP products; manage inventory (put away stock, track supplies).
Maintain accurate records and support general administrative tasks.
Partner closely with the on‑site PAP Technician and CSR.
Participate in a potential on‑call rotation after the contract period (latest shift ends at 8:00 PM, approx. 2× per month).
