About The Position

Dental HQ Management, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and successful Marketing Manager/Director to lead the marketing efforts for our dental group. This role is pivotal in driving key patient acquisition in special demographics, enhancing brand awareness, and supporting strategic growth initiatives for five dental office locations in Houston and San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in creating and deploying digital marketing and social media marketing programs, with experience in the Medicaid space being a plus.

Requirements

• Proven track record in managing multi-location healthcare or dental marketing campaigns.
• Expertise in SEO, PPC, social media, and Google My Business optimization.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and ROI.
• Ability to work with Operations and Senior Leadership at a small business.
• Experience in Medicaid market strategies is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, maintain, and update marketing assets for all office locations.
• Collaborate with approved third-party vendors for website updates, design, and media integration.
• Independently design, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns across key channels, including SEO, PPC, and Social Media.
• Manage and optimize Google My Business (GMB) listings for all locations.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar for social media platforms.
• Work closely with senior leadership to establish and achieve patient acquisition goals.
• Advise on marketing budgets and obtain necessary approvals for all marketing expenditures.
• Partner with senior operations leadership to align marketing strategies with operational excellence.
