About The Position

We are currently seeking a Healthcare Market Leader – Firmwide who will help foster existing relationships and build new relationships to advance our expertise in this influential practice. This position is centered around passion and knowledge of Healthcare, supporting research and development, strategically developing internal teams, financial planning of projects, being a creative thinker and visionary, familiarity with construction cost trends, and ability to craft an intentional business development and strategic plan. As such, you will play an integral part in overall client satisfaction, design quality and profitability of all projects undertaken that contribute to the firm’s strategic priorities. This position reports to the Chief Practice Officer. This position is responsible for guiding the firm's strategic direction, growth, and reputation within the healthcare market.

Requirements

• Accredited professional Bachelor or Master’s degree in architecture.
• Active architecture license.
• Progressive work history with 15+ years of experience leading design projects with significant client and community interface.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong working relationships with the Executive Leadership Team, local Market Leaders, and appropriate marketing managers.
• Increase market presence into geographies between office locations.
• Drive growth in the market across all offices to represent a wider portfolio of project types.
• Create and execute strategies for consistent market clarification.
• Drive revenue growth at the office level by identifying opportunities, optimizing service delivery, and supporting client retention and expansion efforts.
• Provide clear understanding of relevant skills and expertise needed for success in the Healthcare Market.
• Celebrate cross-office collaboration, clarifying scope, fees and resources.
• Establish guidelines for healthcare projects that we will or will not pursue.
• Identify a team of Subject Matter Experts who will participate in the Go/No-Go process of significant projects.
• Identify opportunities for research and innovation.
