About The Position

As an Automation and Analytics Senior Consultant, you will be a member of our Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management practice and part of a team responsible for solving the most complex and strategic issues faced by hospitals, health systems, and medical groups. Typically, Automation and Analytics Senior Consultants manage multiple workstreams across a broad range of healthcare projects, including strategic planning, healthcare reform readiness, physician/hospital integration, financial /risk modeling, and merger and acquisition design.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of prior relevant consulting or consulting-like experience
Experience developing analytical models and structuring methodologies
Experience performing diagnostic, analytical, and quantitative tasks
Demonstrated management of smaller work streams or deliverables
Ability to demonstrate an advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; specifically Excel
Ability to travel 75% or more

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or health-related field
Master's degree from accredited university in business or health-related field preferred
Strong written and oral communication skills
Significant knowledge of the healthcare industry
Track record of strong client service
Proven track record of solving complex problems and completing challenging projects
efficiency, flexibility, innovative problem-solving skills, a high level of motivation, and excellent organizational skills
Must be able to work well independently and within team structures
Financial modeling/planning skills a Plus
